• Comfortable using inventory or ERP systems; strong computer literacy.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily production reconciliation, ensuring finished goods match production reports.
• Maintain real‑time inventory accuracy for finished goods and raw materials.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and thoroughly.
• Oversee receiving operations, verify quantities, lot codes, COAs, and material condition.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, ensure orders are picked, staged, and loaded on time.
• Verify shipping documentation (BOLs, packing lists, pallet tags) and maintain clean storage areas.
• Upload all receiving, shipping, and production paperwork into the company system daily.
• Ensure digital records are complete, accurate, and compliant; identify process gaps.
