Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Richmond, VA to manage shipping, receiving, packing, storing, and ordering of tools, supplies, materials, and equipment. The role supports field colleagues and office staff while maintaining accurate inventory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of warehousing or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience in electronics/fire/life safety industries preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials, verify against packing lists.
• Package and ship products to vendors, customers, and sub-contractors.
• Handle returns and RMAs; initiate invoicing and PO data entry in ERP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and coordinate building maintenance.
• Support field colleagues with materials and documents to job sites.
