Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator in Carrollton, TX to manage receiving, shipping, packing, and inventory controls while supporting field and office teams. You’ll ensure accurate processing of orders, safe handling of tools and equipment, and efficient warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes organizational excellence, proactive communication, and teamwork to uphold Convergint’s service standards and culture of integrity and growth.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving.
• Experience in electronics/fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation preferred.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Supports receiving and shipping parts efficiently.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and office staff as needed.
• May support fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties as requested.

What you’ll do

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, providing administrative support for efficient shipping, receiving, processing, packaging, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, materials and equipment.
• Responsible for supporting receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
• May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements

Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:

• 1-3 years relevant warehousing or shipping/receiving
• Experience in 1 or more of the following industries: electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation
