Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our Richmond, VA office. You will administer and operate the Richmond warehouse, handling shipping, receiving, packing, storing and ordering tools, supplies, materials and equipment to support project and service work.

This role involves coordinating with field colleagues and office staff, ensuring accurate orders, cycle counts, and timely deliveries while upholding Convergint's customer-first culture and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and organize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong written and verbal communication for internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize effectively.
• Flexible, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to drive results.
• Customer service mindset with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and store incoming materials; verify against packing lists.
• Handle shipping with carriers, create labels, and ship to customers or vendors.
• Process returns and RMAs; manage related documentation.
• Initiate invoicing and update cost data in ERP systems as needed.
• Enter purchase orders in ERP (Business Central) and perform counts/reconciliation.
