Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to manage the Richmond, VA warehouse. You will handle receiving, shipping, packing, storing and ordering of tools, supplies, and equipment, while supporting field colleagues and office staff.

You will engage in inventory control, cycle counts and ERP data entry, ensuring accurate packing and timely deliveries. A strong customer service mindset and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of warehousing or shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience in electronic/electrical or related industries preferred.
• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives, unloads and stores incoming materials; matches contents to packing lists.
• Handles and schedules UPS, FedEx and other freight deliveries; ships to vendors or customers.
• Processes returns and RMAs; maintains accurate documentation.
• Enter purchase orders in ERP system and track costs; perform cycle counts.
• Pulls and stages orders for installers; delivers materials to job sites.
