Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to manage the Richmond warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, packaging, storing and ordering of tools and materials. You will support field colleagues and office staff, ensuring accurate inventory and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of one year of warehousing or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience in electronic/electrical, fire alarm & life safety, data-cable installation and/or building automation industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and store incoming materials, verify against packing lists.
• Pack and ship products to customers, vendors, and subcontractors; create labels.
• Manage returns (RMAs) and initiate invoicing for the line of business.
• Create POs in ERP (Business Central) and perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure warehouse area is clean, organized and compliant with procedures.
