Convergint is seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Carrollton, TX. You will support shipping, receiving, warehousing operations, and a variety of administrative tasks to keep tools, supplies, and equipment moving efficiently.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, supporting shipping, receiving, processing, packaging and storage.
• Responsible for supporting receiving and shipping parts in an efficient manner.
• Provides project and service support to field colleagues and supports office colleagues as needed.
• May provide support for fleet and facilities management programs.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
