Job summary

O-AT-KA Milk Products LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring accurate, safe, and timely movement of inventory. You will coordinate receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control while collaborating with staff, carriers, and internal teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, prior experience in warehouse operations, and proficiency with warehouse software and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory coordination.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping documentation.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP/TMS tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers and internal teams to support on-time deliveries.
• Monitor order status and resolve inventory discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Support workflow planning and promote safety and quality standards.
• Assist with reporting on warehouse metrics and train staff as needed.
