Job summary

Adecco is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Loaders to join our team at Ross in Fort Mill, SC. This is a hands-on role in a modern, climate-controlled facility with growth potential. You will load cartons, move pallets into trailers, operate RF guns, and maintain safety on a fast-paced warehouse floor.

Flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) are available. Benefits include weekly pay from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), paid lunch breaks, and the possibility to convert

Qualifications

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with RF guns and warehouse work is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

• Safely lift and team lift objects weighing up to 75 lbs., with frequent handling of items up to 50 lbs.
• Work around moving sorters and conveyor systems in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain a focus on safety and efficiency throughout your shift.

Qualifications:

• Ability to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and lift.
• Comfortable working on concrete floors and standing for extended periods.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with RF guns and warehouse work is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

Pay Details:

$17.50 to $20.50 per hour
