Job summary

PFG Customized in Tennessee is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator (Formula) to support our distribution center. You will operate material handling equipment and move freight through the warehouse, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 9am to finish (8-10 hrs avg). Compensation starts at $20.50 per hour plus a production incentive, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of warehouse experience operating a standup reach truck.
• Stable work history and dependability.
• Able to stand, lift 10–90 lbs and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Standup Reach Truck in freezer and other areas.
• Locate slots on storage racks and place pallets with forklift.
• Replenish pick slots and transport freight with forklift/jack.
• Ensure safety, GMP and quality standards are met.
• Maintain tidy work area and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
