Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking Warehouse Loader Formula associates to support our distribution operations in Elkton, MD. Loaders transport items into trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand, following a defined loading plan and safety requirements.

Responsibilities include locating trailer slots, securing loads, handling pallets, and performing housekeeping. Must be able to lift 10–35 lbs repeatedly, up to 60–90 lbs as needed, and work in multi‑temperature environments with occasional

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse/distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime.
• Ability to lift 10-35 pounds repeatedly and up to 60-90 pounds depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand in the correct stop sequence.
• Locate the proper trailer slot and secure the load.
• Remove empty pallets, packing materials, and straps to the proper area.
• Perform general housekeeping and keep the area, dock, and trailers clean.
• Follow safety policies and work methods per company guidelines.
• Report unsafe conditions or acts immediately.
• Review work schedule and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Wear all required PPE and safety gear.
• Inspect empty trailers for cleanliness before loading and take action as needed.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards for the location.
• Replace batteries and complete vehicle inspection checklist.
• Assist Order Selectors and perform other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
