Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking a Loader Formula for our McKinney distribution center. You will safely move items into trailers using forklift or pallet jack, prepare pallets for shipping, and maintain efficiency in the loading process.

Requires the ability to stand, lift 10–90 pounds, work in multi-temperature environments, and pass random drug/background checks. Competitive pay with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution experience.
• Ability to work scheduled times and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to trailers using forklift or pallet jack or by hand.
• Locate proper trailer slot and secure the load when complete.
• Perform housekeeping and keep area clean and safe.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
