Job summary

PFG Customized is seeking a Warehouse Loader (Loader Formula) to support our distribution process. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move pallets, secure loads, and ensure accuracy on the loading plan.

You will participate in safety checks and cooperate with teammates to maintain flow and quality. The position requires standing, lifting up to 90 pounds, and willingness to work Sunday through Thursday from 10am until finish, with a $17.00/hour base plus a $1.25 load incentive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ months of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Able to lift and move 10–90 pounds and work in multi-temperature environments.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklifts, pallet jacks or by hand.
• Place and secure loads in the correct trailer stops according to plan.
• Wrap and secure pallets and ensure labels and safety checks are in place.
• Keep work area clean and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Assist fellow Order Selectors and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
