Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoffs; contact dealers on issues.
• Post payments and payoffs to systems; maintain loan records.
• Process wires daily and support branch/customer needs.
• Maintain communication with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders and dealers.
• Distribute weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
• Monitor loan transactions and notify customers of returns.
• Ensure accurate onboarding and maintenance of commercial loans.
