WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Lending Processor to manage onboarding and maintenance of warehouse lending loans, process payments, wires, and dealer floor plan activities. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to banking policies.

You will interact with branches, dealers, and mortgage warehouse customers, ensuring timely processing and effective communication throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Posts loan payments and payoffs to systems.
• Processes incoming and outgoing wires daily.
• Provides support to branches and other departments via email or phone.
• Maintains timely processing and accuracy in tasks.
