Responsibilities

Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
Verifies payments and payoffs; contacts dealers as needed.
Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Banking core system.
Processes daily wires and Funds Transfer/Manual transfers.
Maintains communications with Mortgage Warehouse Lenders, Dealers and customers.
Downloads, saves and distributes weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports.
Monitors loan transactions and notifies customers of returns.
Supports branches and other departments via email or phone.
