Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payments and payoff; contacts dealer or warehouse customer as needed.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and Banking core system.
• Performs daily wires processing with accuracy and speed.
• Provides support to branches and bank departments via email or phone.
• Distributes weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
• Monitors loan transactions and notifies customers of issues or returns.
