Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Lending Processor to input new loans, process dealer floor plan transactions, and handle payments. You will maintain daily wires and payoffs, keep customers informed, and support branches and departments.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and solid communication. Banking experience is preferred, with a focus on accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or other financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Input new Warehouse Lending loans into the core system.
• Advance Dealer Floor Plan lines per dealer requests.
• Verify payments and payoff; contact customers with issues.
• Post payments and payoffs to software and loans in core system.
• Process daily wires and maintain timely processing.
• Provide support to branches and other departments via email/phone.
• Distribute weekly Dealer Floor Pan reports to lenders.
• Monitor loan transactions and notify customers of returned payments.
