Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. in Ross Township is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Processor to manage inputs of Warehouse Lending loans, post payments and payoffs, and handle dealer floor plan transactions with accuracy and timeliness.

You will verify transactions in the Banking core system, monitor wires and reports, support mortgage warehouse customers, and maintain clear communication with lenders, dealers, and branches throughout the workday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience in banking or a financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inputs new Warehouse Lending loans into the Banking core system.
• Advances Dealer Floor Plan lines based on dealer requests.
• Verifies payment and payoff accuracy; contacts dealers with issues.
• Posts payments and payoffs to Dealer Floor Plan software and warehouse loans.
• Processes daily wires and remittances with timely turnaround.
• Maintains email and phone communication with lenders, dealers, and customers.
• Monitors transactions and notifies customers of returned payments.
• Supports branches and departments via email or phone.
