Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and guide warehouse teams in daily tasks, safety, and forklift operations. You will train associates and drivers, conduct inspections, and ensure accurate inventory and paperwork support.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining safety standards, and collaborating with supervisors to optimize operations and meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams or shifts.
• Ability to train and coach associates and forklift drivers.
• Proven track record in safety and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates in daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Train forklift operators and conduct PIT recertification training.
• Perform audits, inventory checks, and daily safety inspections.
• Prepare and file shipping/receiving paperwork per SOPs and regulations.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and cover other warehouse roles as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
