Job summary

The Warehouse Lead at Kenco Logistics will coach and train warehouse associates, directing daily tasks and acting as a backup to supervision. The role covers shipping/receiving, inventory control, packaging, and material handling, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years in warehouse operations and 6 months in a leadership role, plus a forklift license or the ability to obtain one, and will pass background and drug screening as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months experience related leadership or supervisory role.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to fulfill their daily tasks.
• Operate and supervise shipping/receiving, packaging, inventory, and forklift activities.
• Provide backup to supervisor and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training and observe performance.
