Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and develop warehouse associates. You will lead shipping/receiving, inventory control and material handling while backing up the supervisor as needed.

A strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance is required. Applicants should have 2+ years in warehouse operations and 6 months of leadership experience, plus a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Lead training for PIT and annual recertification.
• Perform pick, pack, ship duties and safety inspections.
• Review production and inventory reports and report variances.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and other warehouse roles as needed.
