Sabert Corporation is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations. You will train staff, ensure safety and quality, and apply SAP/WMS knowledge to daily tasks.

The role requires strong leadership, a proactive safety mindset, and the ability to coordinate with supervisors to optimize productivity and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
• Five years experience in a high volume fast moving distribution center with RF barcode scanning warehouse management systems.
• Ability to read and understand English for product descriptions, bin locations, and units of measure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; team player with a cooperative style.

Responsabilités

• Lead warehouse operations, train and monitor assigned personnel, and optimize receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
• Ensure safety device use, housekeeping, and hazard awareness; participate in safety committees and audits.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to balance quality and productivity (CPM).
• Train staff in warehouse management systems (SAP) and safe use of material handling equipment.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and orders; manage order downloads and goods issues per SAP.
• Support transitions between shifts and optimize outbound picking schedules.
• Communicate improvements for system enhancements and product substitutions to avoid backorders.
