GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate inventory, assign tasks, and coach staff. The role requires hands-on leadership, safety awareness, and proficient use of the warehouse management system.

You will coordinate workloads, ensure on-time order completion, train staff, and uphold 7S and safety policies. Experience with SAP and WMS is preferred, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a Monday–Friday day shift.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
