Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead receiving, storage, and material flow in support of production. You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensure SOP compliance, and drive improvements in inventory control and KPI performance.

The role requires extensive SAP WM/IM experience, RF scanning familiarity, and strong leadership skills to guide a growing warehouse team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of warehouse or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehouse operations, and material flow.
• Experience managing receiving, material handling, and inventory control teams.
• Extensive SAP WM/IM experience.
• Experience with cycle counting, RF scanning, and warehouse layout optimization.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee receiving, storage, material movement, inventory accuracy, and warehouse logistics to support production.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse activities and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement in material flow, inventory control, and team performance.
• Oversee SAP changes and maintain warehouse master data; support RF scanning implementations.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and compliance in the warehouse; train and coach staff.
