Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Team Lead to manage warehouse operations, driving safety, efficiency, and teamwork on the floor. You will oversee inventory actions, review 3PL movements, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure accurate goods receipts and timely replenishments.

The role requires strong SAP knowledge, attention to detail, and hands‑on leadership in a fast‑paced environment. Travel to 3PL sites may be required as part of cycle counts and audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP inventory transactions, including goods movements and receiving processes.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse and 3PL operations and material flow.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify inventory discrepancies and root causes.

Responsibilities

• Translate MPP into near‑term inventory actions from downstream planners.
• Review weekly clear‑to‑build inventory for the primary warehouse (4000 stock) with a 2–3 week horizon.
• Analyze inventory levels and locations across warehouse (4000) and 3PL (4600) to identify shortages or excess.
• Initiate inventory pulls from the 3PL when warehouse shortages are identified.
• Prepare and send weekly 3PL pull requests using defined process.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and 3PL teams.
• Support inbound 3PL goods receipts in SAP and reconcile outbound documentation.
