Job summary

Sabert in Sayreville, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping. You will train staff, monitor performance, and ensure accuracy of orders while prioritizing safety and cost objectives.

Candidates should have SAP experience, forklift operation skills, and at least five years in a high-volume distribution environment with RF scanners. This is a full-time, on-site role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education and related experience.
• Basic computer knowledge preferred: Microsoft Office Outlook.
• Ability to operate power industrial equipment: Reach Truck / Order Picker / Forklift.
• Five years experience in a high volume fast moving distribution center with RF barcode scanning warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the warehouse team, training, monitoring, and evaluating personnel.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and compliance with safety practices.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and orders using SAP.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound moves and dock organization.
• Assist in shift transitions and workload planning.
