Job summary

PLZ Corp is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support shipping/receiving activities using SAP. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with QC, customer service, and material handlers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The position involves training new staff, monitoring shipments, and ensuring production schedules are met. Candidates should be comfortable working a Fri–Sun shift and be able to operate forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

Adhere to safety protocols.
Advanced SAP skills in shipping and receiving.
Review of picking and shipping errors.
Run daily SAP reports to ensure completion of shipping and receiving transactions.
Work with QC, customer service, material handlers and forklift operators to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with training new warehouse associates.
Ensure proper shipment of LTL, TL and parcel shipments.
Monitor STOs for internal component needs across the PLZ network.
Ensure TOs are in place and aligned with the production schedule.

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
Operate SAP for shipping/receiving tasks and reporting.
Review and correct picking/shipping discrepancies.
Generate daily SAP reports to verify transactions.
Collaborate with QC, CS, material handlers, and forklift operators to satisfy customers.
Onboard and train new warehouse staff.
Coordinate shipments (LTL/TL/parcel) accurately.
Monitor STOs and TOs to align with production needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
