Job summary

Solatube in Winchester, VA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to maintain accurate inventories and support daily warehouse operations. The role requires basic SAP usage, forklift proficiency, and the ability to work in a safety-focused environment.

You will perform routine inventory checks, assist with training, and coordinate with carriers for deliveries while supporting the Planning and Production teams to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of inventory experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory checks on a routine basis (monthly/weekly).
• Identify and reconcile inventory variances.
• Operate lift truck to move, load, or unload materials.
• Receive and process MIGO inventory transfers and match to PO.
• Lead warehouse meetings and safety toolbox talks.
• Assist with training of operators and issue feedback for improvements.
• Coordinate with carriers for incoming deliveries and outbound shipments.
• Ensure timely processing of customer returns and return to inventory.
