Xpedient Logistics seeks a Warehouse Lead in Reno, NV to supervise daily warehouse operations and guide a team to ensure accurate receiving, storage and distribution of goods. You’ll enforce safety policies, drive inventory accuracy, and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and collaboration with management to maintain quality standards while using warehouse equipment safely and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse or logistics roles with leadership experience
• Experience with inventory management and audits
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support warehouse associates in daily tasks.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure timely, accurate completion.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor product quality and report discrepancies or damages.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and returns.
• Ensure all warehouse activities meet quality standards.
• Maintain and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Plan maintenance and repairs of equipment.
• Train new employees on procedures and best practices.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
