Job summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Reno, NV to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires coordinating tasks, monitoring inventory, and maintaining quality standards.

You will manage receiving, storage, and distribution, perform cycle counts, train new staff, and ensure timely, accurate processing of goods in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday, 6am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Monday to Friday

6am to 2:30pm

Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and the accurate and timely processing of goods. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory position.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to warehouse operations.
