Job summary

Bunzl Reno is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise branch warehouse staff, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and manage shipping activities. The role emphasizes safety, policy enforcement, and process improvements on the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, warehousing experience, leadership ability, and strong PC skills including Excel and AS400. Bunzl offers a strong benefits package and room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience preferred in warehousing.
• Proficient with AS400, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members in timely and accurate order assembly and shipment preparation.
• Provide a professional environment with relation to team members, other departments and customers.
• Direct daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Improve productivity by refining processes and staff performance.
• Communicate and enforce company policies (operational, safety, administrative).
• Assist Warehouse Manager in evaluating performance variances to identify root causes and corrective actions.
