Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations professional in Reno, NV to perform a blend of receiving, storage, and shipment tasks with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will support supervision to maintain standards and help drive on-time fulfillment while handling tools like RF scanners. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing all shift, and working in 36°F–42°F cold environments; familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and follow up skills preferred.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Radio frequency (RF) scanner.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for shift of 8 hours or more.
• Able to work in refer 36°F-42°F for up to 8 hours or longer.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with management to maintain receiving standards and ensure proper processes are followed.
• Support the supervisor in leading the team’s efforts in adhering to safety, security and cleanliness regulations.
• Coordinate workflow to accomplish overall business objectives (pick, pack and ship on time and accurately).
• Fill in and perform functional tasks (stock, label totes) daily where/when necessary.
• Handle general employee inquiries and solve problems.
• Maintain positive employee relations and promote teamwork.
• Lead safety and quality discussions while maintaining productivity.
