Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of directly related experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call coverage.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all facilities maintenance to meet and exceed service levels.
• Stand up and administer PM programs for new assets; refine existing PMs.
• Lead custodial associates and provide day-to-day direction, feedback, and development.
• Maintain accurate, right-sized spare parts inventories.
• Promote safe work practices and ensure OSHA compliance.
