Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise a team in our distribution center. You’ll oversee daily operations, maintain inventory accuracy, assign tasks, and ensure orders are completed on time.

This role requires 2+ years in warehousing, 1 year SAP, and familiarity with WMS and scanners, with a flexible weekend schedule. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health, 401(k), life and disability insurance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage inventory control and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory and timely order completion
• Review workload and assign tasks to team members
• Train and coach the warehouse team and monitor performance improvements
• Operate the warehouse management system and maintain documents
• Uphold exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures
• Provide backup support to warehouse management and track orders
• Adhere to 7S and keep a clean work environment
• Assist with safety and compliance and use equipment safely
