Job summary

Proficiency with SAP and WMS is essential, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate reach trucks. The role requires a minimum of 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year SAP experience, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and promote development; suggest performance improvements as needed.
• Use the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
