Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, including forklift drivers, and to back up the supervisor as needed. The role spans shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse duties.

The qualified candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of warehouse experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role, and a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one. This is an on-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution and store materials.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
