Job summary

Kenco Logistics in Camas, WA is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates. The role includes mentoring teammates, supporting daily operations across shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, and backing supervisors when needed.

You will operate forklift equipment, participate in safety training, and help ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has at least two years in warehousing and some leadership experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; ability to pass background/drug screen.
• At least 2 years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• Minimum 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Lead safety and PIT certification trainings.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and Safe operation of forklift.
• Support inventory cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
• Provide backup to supervisors as needed.
