Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Indiana to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and back up the supervisor as needed.

The role focuses on safety, compliance, and efficiency across shipping/receiving, inventory control, and equipment operation, including PIT forklift driving, with opportunities to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced 3PL environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; able to pass background check and drug screen.
• 2 years warehouse/distribution operations experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates; oversee daily tasks and provide backup to supervisor.
• Train PIT forklift operators and conduct annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products and materials for distribution.
