Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of warehouse experience with some supervisory exposure, and a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Evergreen safety and operation procedures are required.
• Two years in warehouse/distribution with leadership exposure.
• Licensed forklift operation or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Train teammates on daily tasks and safety procedures.
• Support shipping/receiving, packaging, and inventory control as needed.
• Perform inspections and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Back up supervisor and assist in performance observations.
