Core-Mark is looking for a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily operations, ensure safety, and drive productivity during the shift. You will manage staff performance, monitor workflow, and maintain accurate records to support efficient distribution.

Strong leadership, communication, and reliability are essential. The role requires vigilance in safety practices and the ability to step in to ensure all tasks are completed each shift.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with teams.
• Intermediate knowledge of warehouse systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn electronic warehouse management software.

Aufgaben

• Communicate proactively with Warehouse Leadership and team members throughout the shift.
• Ensure adherence to standard policies and practices.
• Promote teamwork, morale, pride, and high-quality performance.
• Monitor supply levels at stations and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Verify all equipment is in safe, working condition.
• Lead safety practices, manage incident reporting, and address issues promptly.
• Ensure proper training is provided and arrange additional training when needed.
• Oversee and maintain the security of assigned areas.
• Report shifts progress and task completion to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received and distributed.
• Complete required documentation for the assigned area.
