Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency of warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise staff, monitor workflows, and ensure adherence to safety policies while delivering exceptional service to customers.

The role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and hands-on oversight of hiring, training, and performance management, with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or 2/4 year business-related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience supervising multiple employees (2–4 years).
• Proficiency with WMS, email, and MS Office tools like Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency of warehouse operations.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff and communicate with associates daily.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and performance evaluations for warehouse employees.
• Maintain attendance, productivity, and performance logs; report to management.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and coordinate repairs.
• Plan work and resource flow to complete shifts safely and effectively.
