Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safety, productivity, and efficiency in our warehouse operations in Texas. You will supervise staff, monitor flow, and maintain a culture of safety and service.

Strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication are essential for success. The role includes daily reporting, staff coaching, and coordinating with supervisors to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to regularly lift, carry, and position up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with noise and temperature extremes.
• 2–4 year degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience supervising multiple employees.
• Intermediate knowledge of warehouse management systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Certifcation to operate power material handling equipment (Walkie, Reach, Dock Stocker etc).
• Ability to perform administrative work including data entry and paperwork processing.
• Ability to communicate effectively and disperse information across the company and the warehouse.
• Ability to analyze data, review operational information, and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with warehouse associates daily under the Warehouse Manager.
• Ensure processes are followed and supervise warehouse operations.
• Assist in hiring and interviewing potential employees.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with team leads on workload and personnel movement.
• Maintain attendance, productivity, and performance logs.
• Monitor supplies and direct replenishment efforts.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and coordinate repairs.
• Plan and organize work and resource flow for safe shifts.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to improve production and quality.
• Ensure merchandise and shipping containers are restocked for order staff.
• Provide daily detailed reports to management and adjust as needed.
• Lead safe work practices per Core-Mark safety policies.
