Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Able to perform administrative tasks including data entry and paperwork processing.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Potential to obtain certification to operate powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to learn and use electronic warehouse management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise warehouse staff.
• Communicate with leadership and team members throughout the shift.
• Monitor workflow, ensure safety, and maintain quality.
• Manage inventory levels at stations and coordinate replenishment.
• Verify equipment safety and lead safety practices.
• Provide training and arrange additional training as needed.
• Maintain security of assigned areas and ensure records are accurate.
• Report progress to Warehouse Supervisor and complete required documentation.
