Job summary

Core & Main seeks a skilled warehouse leader to oversee daily operations, coaching associates to ensure safe, accurate receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will drive performance, accuracy, and customer service while upholding safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations experience.
• Experience leading warehouse personnel.
• Experience with inventory control, shipping, receiving processes.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, service, and productivity goals.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company operating procedures.
• Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, training, and performance expectations.
• Partner with branch leadership to support customer service, delivery, and operational objectives.
• Monitor operational metrics and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain warehouse equipment, facility standards, and housekeeping requirements.
