Shiseido Americas Distribution Center in Columbus, OH seeks a Warehouse Lead (1st Shift) to partner with QA to drive efficiency and quality for internal and external customers. You’ll provide daily direction to the team and ensure smooth product flow while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a warehouse or quality position or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience using warehouse equipment and RF scanners preferred.
• Able to learn and perform all processes as needed.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Good English language, math, reading and writing skills.
• Experience with PC-based tools (Outlook, PDF, Word, Excel, Cognos) and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between management and team members; speak respectfully about company and staff.
• Enforce policies and procedures; provide feedback when inconsistencies are observed.
• Meet deadlines and goals set by department supervisor or manager.
• Lead by example; be approachable and follow through on commitments.
• Maintain and enforce safety and security policies.
• Recognize how own decisions impact the company, customers and team.
• Assist supervisor in setting goals, delegating tasks, and tracking progress.
