Job summary

Bunzl North America is hiring a Warehouse Lead for the Groveport, OH location. The role oversees warehouse activities on the 1st shift, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and safe operations while guiding a team of warehouse staff to meet productivity targets.

The position requires a High School diploma, warehousing experience, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights. Proficiency with AS400 and MS Office is expected, with a focus on safety and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehousing experience; previous leadership preferred.
• Ability to lift 60–75 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.
• Able to work at heights up to 26 feet with safety equipment.
• Strong multitasking, judgment, and communication skills.
• Proficient with AS400 and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate branch warehouse activities and personnel.
• Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce company policies.
