Job summary

Shiseido Americas is seeking a Supervisor for DC Operations on the 1st shift in Groveport, OH. You will lead a team responsible for receiving, picking, packing, auditing, shipping, and overall order processing to meet tight deadlines.

The role requires 2+ years in a DC leadership role, proficiency with WMS/RF tech, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. A HS diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, and after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years leadership experience in a DC environment.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel/Word/Access; WMS/RF knowledge.
• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team in the distribution center to move product and process orders.
• Monitor performance, enforce procedures, and ensure productivity standards.
• Analyze production data, adjust staffing, and report KPIs.
• Train staff on power equipment, WMS, and RF technology.
• Maintain safety and strong relationships with business partners.
