Job summary

Job&Talent US is recruiting for a Warehouse Lead - 1st Shift in Columbus, OH. You will coordinate team activities, maintain productivity, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role supports daily warehouse operations, leading and coaching staff, and assisting with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading and shipping tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have more than 2 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor for shipping schedules and labor requirements.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably a Stand Up Forklift.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse associates with daily assignments and workflow.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, safety, and overall team performance.
• Train and coach employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and shipping activities.

Salary: USD21 - USD21 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Lead - 1st Shift to work with a leading logistics company in Columbus. This role supports daily warehouse operations by coordinating team activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Shift Patterns

• 1st Shift Sunday to Thursday 7:00am to 4:00pm (Hours may change during peak)

Pay Rates

• 21.00 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
