Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft OFFICE.

• Direct experience executing inventory processes including receiving, slotting, replenishment, order pulling and cycle counting.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• WMS experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliability and dependability to complete work assignments.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to work well under stress with minimal supervision.
• Reading, writing and math skills; ability to differentiate products.
• Warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises assigned team of warehouse personnel and delegates tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Supports planning and allocation of manpower.
• Oversees receiving, unloading and inspection of shipments for damage and discrepancies.
• Oversees stocking and storage location planning.
• Fills, prioritizes and processes requisitions; pulls, packs and ships items.
• Provides information and resolves stock and shipment issues.
• Operates warehouse equipment and input data into software to generate reports.
• Maintains accuracy during unloading/inspection of inbound goods.
• Communicates progress and concerns to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Suggests improvements in storage, inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Establishes cooperative working relationships and adherence to safety policies.
